Recipe:
1. Combine the soy sauce, ginger and sesame-ginger sauce (salad dressing) in a small bowl and add the tuna steak to the mixture.
2. Let the tuna sit in the marinade at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
3. Spray a hot fire-grill with a cooking spray and start grilling the tuna steak, approximately 1 minute per side for rare, turning a quarter turn on each side midway through cooking, in order to cross the grill marks.
4. Remove from fire and serve with potatoes and vegetables or some oriental noodles.
5. Drizzle some of the sesame-ginger dressing on the plate and over the tuna steak and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Tip: Alternatively, you can use a cast-iron pan griddle to grill the tuna.
