Shark Recipe - Grilled Mako Shark Steaks

Ingredients:

4 Mako shark steaks,
1 pinch freshly grated ginger,
1/2 tsp. sesame oil,
1 Tbsp. lime juice,
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil,
1/2 tsp. minced garlic,
1 Tbsp. fresh fennel leaves, chopped,
1 pinch dried chili flakes,
1 Tbsp. sake wine,
1/4 Tbsp. carrot juice,
salt and pepper to taste.


Recipe: Mix all the ingredients for the marination in a bowl and add the shark steaks to it. Keep the shark steaks for 10 minutes, turning them once after 5 minutes. Heat the grill and spray it with a cooking oil spray, so the fish can't stick to it. Grill the shark steaks for about 2 minutes on each side, turning them a quarter turn after 1 minute on each side in order to cross the grill marks. Serve the shark steaks with a side of spring mix salad or some oriental noodles.
