1 (275gr.) package of tortilla chips, 8 oz. ground beef, a mix of (sliced black olives, sliced pickled jalapenos, diced tomatoes and chopped scallions) approximately 1 cup when mixed together, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning, 1 pinch cumin powder, 1/3 teaspoon onion powder.
Recipe: First cook the ground beef with the seasonings and strain it from the excess fat. if it's not too lean. Mix together all of the nacho toppings in a bow, including the beef. Cut a piece of parchment paper and put it on the bottom of a 10-inch round baking dish. Arrange one layer of the tortilla chips on the bottom and top them with half of the toppings and half the cheese. Repeat. Bake the nachos at 400 F for about 10 minutes in a regular oven or 7 minutes at 475 F in convection oven. Before you serve the nachos make sure that the cheese in the middle on the first layer has melted nicely. Serve the nachos supreme with salsa and sour cream on the side.
