8 large shrimp,
8 nice slices of prosciutto,
2 tbsp. vegetable oil,
1 teaspoon chopped dill,
1 tsp. minced garlic,
salt and pepper to taste.
For the risotto:
2 cups boiled rice,
1 tbsp. butter,
1 tbsp. olive oil,
1 cup chicken stock,
1 tbsp. chopped onion,
1 tsp. minced garlic,
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms,
1/4 cup green peas (optional),
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
